Rolo Cookies


CREAM:
1c. Sugar
1c. Brown Sugar
1c. Butter/Margarine

BEAT IN:
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

SIFT:
2 1/2c. Flour
2/4 c. Unsweetened Coco
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/4 tsp Salt

Mix well, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375. With floured hands, shape dough around a Rolo candy. (use most of a 14 oz. bag) Bake 10 minutes

Yield: Aprox. 4 Dozen
