German Pancakes


GERMAN PANCAKES:
2 Tbs. Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Milk
Dash of Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt Butter in a 8x8 glass pan. Blend other ingredients ingredients together until Smooth with no lumps. Pour the batter mixture into the melted butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. The edges should be a little brown and the butter won't be all absorbed. Serve plain or with Jam or top with Powdered Sugar.

It kind of tastes like a thick crepe.
