Pumpkin Bread

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cloves

Mix in the order given. Bake in greased bread pans at 350° for about an hour. Makes 2 large loaves. If using medium loaf pans, bake at 325° for 65 minutes. Makes 3 medium loaves.

Whitney I am so happy you posted new recipes :) I have some good fall ones as well, but have been so busy! These both look so yummy (this one and the one below it). I LOVE LOVE pumpkin anything so I will have to make this.
